Call Recording can be configurable per campaign, per agent, percentage of calls or blanket recording. With TouchStar you choose what you record.
TouchStar Connect makes it easy to search for call recordings by telephone number, time and date, Call Result Code (CRC), source id, campaign, agent name or a combination of all.
A facility is integrated in which you can listen to call recordings through PC speakers or headset and an auto archiving tool to manage call recording storage is included.
