TouchStar Call Centre Software Expands South African Operation << back

TouchStar Call Centre Software has today announced the expansion of their operation with the opening of a new centre in Johannesburg. The Durban based call centre solution provider has grown rapidly in size and stature since commencing operations in 2005. The new offices will provide more localised sales and support services for customers based in Gauteng and further support for Cape Town based clients. In addition, TouchStar is partnering with Contact Solutions to provide a wealth of contact centre experience to clients.
Commenting about the expansion, TouchStar Managing Director David Fricker stated: “Over the last few years, many call centres of varying sizes and industry sectors have sustainably grown their businesses with TouchStar solutions. We are proud of that achievement. However, as a growing number of customers are based in Gauteng, we felt that a more local presence will deliver real value our clients. Our company philosophy is simple - to help our customers grow their businesses which in turn helps us grow ours! We feel the obvious way to help them to grow is by expanding to location close to them.”
